Job Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth patient evaluations, executing physical exams and thorough reviews of patients' medical histories
• Assist in diagnosing surgical issues by analyzing imaging studies and lab data

• Provide intraoperative assistance, preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and supplying instruments during surgeries
• Offer exceptional pre-operative and post-operative care, including administering medication, managing wounds, planning discharges, and educating patients

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preferred completion of clinical rotations with a surgical focus

Certifications Required

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
