Listing Coordinator – Team Kelli Lang | RE/MAX Gateway (Anacortes, WA)Team Kelli Lang, the #1 RE/MAX team in Washington State for seven consecutive years, is searching for a detail-obsessed Listing Coordinator to keep our listings moving from signed agreement to live on the market. The driving principle behind our team is giving each client five-star service during the home selling process and making it stress-free. This role sits at the center of that promise.You'll be the engine behind every listing launch. You'll work daily in the NWMLS, partner closely with our agents to gather and submit property data, and call sellers directly to fill in missing details. Accuracy matters here: one wrong square footage, missed disclosure, or out-of-order photo reflects on clients and our brand. If you love checklists, catch the typo everyone else missed, and take pride in getting it right the first time, this is your seat.What you'll do:Enter and maintain listing data in the NWMLS with complete accuracy, including property details, remarks, room dimensions, and status changesCall sellers to collect property information, HOA details, utility info, and anything else needed to complete a listingWork with agents to gather, verify, and submit listing data on tight timelinesArrange, sequence, and upload listing photos so every property shows at its bestCoordinate supplements, Form 17 Seller Disclosure Statements, and other listing documents, tracking them through to signatureFollow our listing launch checklist and help refine it as we streamline our processesRespond to agent and client questions in a friendly, timely wayWhat we're looking for:Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for accuracyNWMLS experience strongly preferred; real estate or transaction coordination background a plusComfort picking up the phone and speaking with clients professionally and warmlyStrong organization and the ability to manage multiple listings at different stages at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service experience and a service-first mindsetWhy Team Kelli Lang: Our team runs on perseverance, trust, and service.
