En tant qu'évaluateur/évaluatrice de marques de luxe, vous entrerez dans l'univers du luxe pour évaluer discrètement l'expérience client en donnant un avis essentiel qui aidera les marques à affiner leurs services. Qu'il s'agisse de visiter des boutiques, d'acheter en ligne ou de retourner un produit, votre voix façonne l'avenir de l'industrie du luxe.

  • Flexibilité : chaque visite en boutique dure environ 20 minutes, ce qui vous donne la flexibilité d'effectuer plusieurs missions.

  • Opportunités fréquentes : effectuez plusieurs missions par mois et collaborez avec certaines des marques les plus prestigieuses au monde.

Requirements

  • Vous êtes déjà client(e) de marques haut de gamme ou de luxe.
  • Vous n'êtes pas engagé(e) contractuellement avec des marques de vente au détail, afin de préserver l'intégrité.
  • Vous êtes ponctuel(le), organisé(e), soucieux/soucieuse du détail et fiable.
  • Vous êtes attentif/ve à et passionné(e) par l'expérience client.
  • Aucune expérience antérieure n'est requise, nous accordons de l'importance aux commentaires honnêtes de la part de clients authentiques.
