A collaborative culture with real social investment — people here treat each other well and stay Job Details You'll handle all aspects of commercial litigation — drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, and day-to-day case and client management — appearing before New York state and federal courts and in arbitrations, working both independently and as part of a strong litigation team. Must-haves: J.D. with superior academic credentials. 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Active New York Bar admission (non-negotiable). New York State court experience — real courtroom time, not just docket management. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
