Make a meaningful impact for the 2026/2027 school year by serving students across several buildings in a supportive K-12 environment near Oakridge. This is an on-site, full-time contract role, stepping in for a virtual provider. The current assignment is described as manageable, with a caseload of students who exhibit low behavioral concerns.

You’ll join a welcoming district where collaboration and clear communication are valued, allowing you to focus on supporting students’ speech and language development. The number of students on the caseload is currently being finalized, but you will have the support you need to effectively manage your responsibilities.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active, valid SLP license for the state of Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in school-based settings, with knowledge of K-12 service models
• Comfortable working across multiple buildings
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for assigned K-12 students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Support IEP meetings and case management as required
• Adapt to changing caseload details and building assignments as finalized
