Assistant Operations Manager Location: North Lake, TX Division: Supply Chain Solutions division. Salary Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $75,000 per year based on experience Retention Bonus Incentive: Up to $1,000.00 per quarter Schedule Monday‑Friday 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. expectation for managers is to be there 30min prior for shift change and stay 30min after for shift change. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned.
