Loan Originator: Lead Conversion & Borrower Counseling

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to convert leads, counsel borrowers, and manage a personal pipeline. You will evaluate borrower's income, analyze rates and programs, and negotiate terms over the phone to close loans. You will stay updated on mortgage programs and comply with federal and state guidelines while meeting service and financial goals.
