Location: The Woodlands, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities
- Manufacture PDC (diamond) drill bits including fabrication, finishing, repair, and inspection activities.
- Perform CNC machining, welding, brazing, plotting, grinding, painting, and furnacing.
- Conduct quality inspection and final clean-up.
- Engage in general repair and rework operations.
- Learn multiple manufacturing processes and work across operational areas as production demands require.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn a new trade.
- Interest in building a long-term manufacturing career.
Preferred Skills
- Reside within a 20-mile radius of the work location.
- Desire to develop manufacturing skills.
- Availability to work the required schedule and overtime.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Dependability.
