It's about creating an exceptional customer experience, maximizing every opportunity, maintaining strong lender relationships, and helping the dealership grow profitably. Responsibilities Present financing options and protection products in a professional, transparent manner Maximize F&I performance while maintaining a positive customer experience Secure competitive financing through dealership lending partners Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lenders Present vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, appearance protection, and other F&I products Ensure all paperwork and funding packages are accurate and completed efficiently Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth Sales-to-F&I turnover Track performance and continually work to improve product penetration and profitability Assist customers with questions regarding financing and protection options Help create a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have previous automotive F&I experience and a proven ability to produce strong results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
