A long-term care organization near Catskill, NY is looking for a strong Director of Nursing (DON) to take the lead on clinical operations and nursing team performance. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced NY RN who knows skilled nursing and understands what it takes to maintain quality care and regulatory compliance.
