Immediate Certified Medical Assistant Contract Opportunity

Certified Medical Assistant contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Clinic in McLean, VA. Note: Temp to perm opportunity

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
• No coverage needed 10/9, 10/12 (holiday) 10/13, 10/22, 10/30

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 11/08/2026 (possible extension)

Job Details:

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts
• Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination
• Inventories medical supplies and materials, notification to team when supplies run low
• Gives injections or treatments and performs routine laboratory tests
• Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Epic experience preferred
• Occupational Health, Emergency Room or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Current hands on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
