Role Overview: An Optician responsible for delivering exceptional eye care and customer service while supporting store performance. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including training on contact lens insertion and removal. Provide product education and ensure accurate patient records and follow-up communications. Support operational excellence by maintaining safety standards, inventory control, merchandising, and a clean environment. Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law. Meet sales goals through confident selling and delivering outstanding service. Qualifications & Skills Active dispensing license as required by the state. 3+ years related experience or training (required). Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Professional, friendly demeanor, confident selling abilities, and detail-oriented.
