Project Manager, Heavy Civil / Water / Wastewater (Nashville, TN) $75,000 - $125,000 (based on experience) A Nashville-based heavy civil contractor focused on water and wastewater construction has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. This role offers flexibility and a close-knit feel of a smaller shop with the project scale and upside of a larger operation. What you'll run Coordination of the work, scheduling, budgets, quality control, and safety Full project documentation: budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders, plans and specs, RFIs, change documents, submittals, correspondence, as-builts, O&M manuals, and meeting minutes Reading construction drawings, measuring work in place, quality assurance, and field observations Writing RFIs and solving problems in the field Building solid working relationships with owners and engineering firms What you need 5 or more years in heavy civil, water, or wastewater construction. This is the line in the sand. B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, not a requirement Strong written and verbal communication Practical problem-solver who works well with superintendents and field crews Comfortable in Word and Excel, familiar with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project), and able to handle quantity takeoff and pricing #J-18808-Ljbffr
