Position Summary: District 22 is seeking an Assistant District Attorney for the Seminole County Office to perform a variety of professional duties, specifically: prosecution of criminal offenses, including misdemeanors and felonies; handling of juvenile cases, including neglect, delinquency, and child in need of supervision cases; providing legal services related to county government operations; and other duties assigned. Specific assignment of duties will vary based on experience. Minimum Requirements: Experience is not required, will consider newly licensed attorneys and those sitting for the July bar exam. Juris Doctorate from accredited law school. Admitted to and in good standing with Oklahoma Bar Association. Preference to live within one of the counties in District 22 (Pontotoc, Seminole, and Hughes) within a reasonable period of time of employment.
