What you’ll bring:

• Valid and current School Psychologist license in Tennessee
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and collaboration
• Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students across the district
• Develop, interpret, and communicate findings to multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
• Design and implement evidence-based interventions and behavior plans
• Consult with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to individualized student plans
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support as needed
