This team represents leading companies, including Fortune 500 clients, in complex defense litigation across transportation, construction, energy, and general liability. Associates enjoy significant responsibility early in their careers, with direct client interaction, hands‑on trial experience, and active involvement in case strategy from discovery through trial. What You’ll Need: 3 - 8 years of personal injury defense / insurance defense experience JD and active Texas bar admission in good standing Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice Ability to manage cases and work directly with clients Background in transportation, construction, energy, or general liability matters preferred Bonus Points: Trial experience and prior exposure to high-stakes or complex defense litigation What’s in it for you?
