[Responsibilities]

- Accurately enter purchase order data into spreadsheets for precise record-keeping.
- Open and manage sales orders for received purchase orders in NAV software.
- Request and analyze quotes to secure the best pricing from suppliers.
- Create, review, and validate purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
- Place and track orders to procure required items efficiently.
- Reconcile open order reports and provide weekly status updates to customers and the MFG Planner.
- Answer phones and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide daily updates on shipped orders to ensure transparency and communication.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 2-5 years of data entry or purchasing experience.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management and order processing.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience with NAV or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with procurement or manufacturing operations.
