Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in litigation and negotiation is preferred. Excellent research skills with proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
