Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with the goals and preferences of clients and incorporate family dynamics as needed.

• Administer therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused therapy, to support clients' healing journeys.

• Maintain confidential and precise documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals—to create a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health to provide the most effective services.

• Engage in community outreach and partnerships that promote mental health awareness and resource availability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base ranging from adolescents to adults who are navigating severe mental health issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma. Your expertise in understanding their experiences will greatly contribute to their individual recovery journeys and the overall enhancement of their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Required: A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and create a therapeutic rapport, fostering trust and connection.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and compassionate dialogue with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
