Senior IT Consulting Professional for AI Evaluation

Role Overview
Create high-fidelity enterprise consulting scenarios and evaluation materials that train and test AI systems to perform at the level of senior Fortune 500 consulting and technology delivery leaders. You will design realistic engagement narratives, produce reference deliverables, and write rubrics that reflect the judgment and decision making expected on large scale F500 programs and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Construct enterprise consulting scenarios reflecting $1M+ engagement values, multi-stakeholder steering committees, and complex statement-of-work and procurement cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
- Build tasks and exercise prompts across digital transformation strategy, systems integration, managed services delivery, IT advisory, and technology change management in F500 contexts.
- Develop delivery and engagement scenarios that incorporate tools and platforms such as Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise PMO systems used in large client environments.
- Apply enterprise consulting methodologies including Agile and SAFe delivery, business case development, and RACI and governance models, producing reference engagement plans, account strategies, and executive-level deliverables.
- Author detailed rubrics that separate authentic enterprise consulting judgment from generic framework recall, enabling nuanced evaluation of responses.
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or managed services delivery at a Fortune 500 technology or consulting firm, or within a Fortune 500 enterprise IT or transformation organization. Example employers include consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, or enterprises such as JPMorgan, UPS, Unilever, Microsoft, PepsiCo.
- Direct ownership or leadership of Fortune 500 client engagements, delivery programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Fluency with enterprise consulting methodologies and delivery tooling, and a practical understanding of how Fortune 500 budgets, procurement, and legal statement-of-work review processes function.
- Experience authoring rubrics, consulting enablement curriculum, or training content is a plus.
