Pay Range: $18.25/hr - $23.09/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain minimum production standards and achieve Impressions per Hour (IPH) rates as established.
• Perform optimal machine maintenance, including clearing jams and refilling toner.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and communicate issues promptly to management.
• Maintain an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors.
• Adapt to a moderate to high noise environment and manage stress levels effectively.
• Lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Experience in prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and management.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and perform repetitive tasks according to set procedures.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
