Field Technician

Job Description Job Description About the Role: All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our growing team in Brandon, FL. Responsibilities: * Work for an IICRC certified Lead Technician * Extract water from flooded commercial & residential structures * Perform on-site setup and decontamination of equipment * Prepare structure for possible drywall/flooring demolition * Demolition and removal of damaged material * Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status and technical findings * Document service calls, work orders, and field reports accurately * Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition Requirements: * Prior experience in a field technician, service technician, or related technical role is a plus * Able to pass background check * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Comfortable working in various indoor environments * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus About Us: All Dry Gulf Coast is a trusted restoration provider proudly serving the Brandon, FL area and surrounding communities.
