Year 1 Earnings: $75,000–$125,000
Year 2 Earnings: $150,000–$200,000+

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, one of the nation's largest pool builders, is seeking a Custom Swimming Pool Sales & Design Consultant to sell and design high-end Gunite pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces throughout Mobile and Baldwin County.

This is a high-income, commission-driven opportunity combining outside sales, custom design, and 3D visualization with a year-round selling season and a strong flow of company-provided leads.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with prospective customers.
• Design custom Gunite pools, spas, and outdoor living environments .
• Use 3D design software such as Pool Studio to create detailed renderings and proposals.
• Manage company-provided leads from consultation through closing.
• Close high-ticket residential projects and communicate long-term customer value.
• Generate additional leads through networking, builder relationships, and community involvement.
• Manage a large, active sales pipeline independently.
• Develop knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and residential developments.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in a high-ticket, commission-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close high-value sales.
• Strong eye for design and aesthetics .
• Ability to independently prospect and generate new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, and pipeline-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, 1099 sales environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 3D design software experience, including Pool Studio or similar platforms.
• Swimming pool, home improvement, custom remodeling, or luxury-product sales.
• Knowledge of Gunite / concrete pool construction .

COMPENSATION & SUPPORT

• Uncapped commission structure.
• $75,000–$125,000 expected Year 1 earnings.
