Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Solutions Advisor (BSA) to support our Southern Connecticut and Westchester County territory. This role reports directly to a Business Account Manager and is ideal for someone who thrives on building new business relationships and creating opportunities from the ground up. This is a true outside sales and business development role. Success in this position comes from proactively identifying, prospecting, and winning new Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers. While you will partner with our retail stores to generate business opportunities, prospecting and new customer acquisition are the primary drivers of success and earning potential. What You'll Do Drive New Business Development Prospect and acquire new SMB customers throughout Connecticut and Westchester County. Build and manage your own sales pipeline through: Cold calling In-person business visits Networking events Referrals Community engagement Partner with Retail Teams Work closely with store personnel to identify and convert business opportunities. Provide coaching and support to retail teams on business sales initiatives. Follow up on leads generated through store traffic and referrals. Manage Your Territory Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan. Manage your schedule, appointments, and customer relationships independently. Extend the reach of the Business Account Management team to ensure thorough market coverage. Deliver Results Meet and exceed sales goals through disciplined prospecting and relationship building. Maintain accurate pipeline activity, customer records, and follow-up schedules. What We're Looking For Hunter Mentality Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and initiating conversations with new businesses. Preferred Qualifications Retail sales experience Wireless telecommunications experience B2B sales experience Business development or outside sales experience Candidates with strong drive, determination, and a proven work ethic are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every preferred qualification.
