The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $550,000-$650,000 depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $600,000 - $950,000.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABMS or AOA)
• Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois
