Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative healthcare team in Northeast Missouri, delivering high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive clinical environment focused on patient safety and outcomes.

Role Overview & Highlights:

• Full-time position with day shifts (schedule may vary)
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and clinical staff to deliver optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards
• Work in a team-oriented hospital setting with strong clinical support
• Opportunity to manage a variety of cases while maintaining autonomy within your scope

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri with compliance to all advanced practice regulations
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Meets certification requirements (eligible, certified, or recertified through the appropriate governing body)
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Eligible for medical staff appointment and credentialing
• Demonstrated clinical competency and ability to work effectively in an employed healthcare setting
• Insurable for required medical malpractice coverage
