Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative healthcare team in Northeast Missouri, delivering high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive clinical environment focused on patient safety and outcomes.

Role Overview & Highlights: Full-time position with day shifts (schedule may vary) Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Assess patient conditions and develop individualized anesthesia care plans Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and clinical staff to deliver optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards Work in a team-oriented hospital setting with strong clinical support Opportunity to manage a variety of cases while maintaining autonomy within your scope

Qualifications: Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri with compliance to all advanced practice regulations Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program Meets certification requirements (eligible, certified, or recertified through the appropriate governing body) Current ACLS and BCLS certifications Eligible for medical staff appointment and credentialing Demonstrated clinical competency and ability to work effectively in an employed healthcare setting Insurable for required medical malpractice coverage
