In-depth understanding of the business process
Gather requirements via our bi-weekly touchpoint sessions with our business owners
Write user stories via Jira
Requirements acceptance through facilitating Product Owner to review the requirements/user stories for accuracy and acceptance
Responsible for user and product documentation
Responsible for business process mapping
Responsible for being the synergy between the business and the development side of the project
Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners
