Role: Salesforce BA A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce & role experience In-depth understanding of the business process Gather requirements via bi-weekly touchpoint sessions with business owners Write user stories via Jira Facilitate requirements acceptance review with Product Owner for accuracy and acceptance Responsible for user and product documentation Responsible for business process mapping Act as synergy between business and development sides of the project Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners #J-18808-Ljbffr
