You may be a great fit if you: Show up consistently and on time Take safety seriously Enjoy hands-on, active work Are willing to learn new equipment and processes Listen to feedback and are coachable Take pride in doing quality work Work well as part of a team Want to learn skills and build a long-term career Your Schedule This opening is specifically for 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Approximately 90 days of paid training on 1st shift , 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. After training, transition to 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch Most weeks are approximately 48 hours and include required weekend overtime , typically worked on 1st shift Please make sure you can accommodate both the first-shift training schedule and the regular third-shift schedule before applying. What You’ll Need Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and accept coaching Commitment to working safely Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work Reliable transportation.
