Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, reconciling, and researching activities related to: accounts receivable, customer financial statement reviews, daily/monthly analysis of line of credit availability/forecasting, and month end balance sheet reporting including DSO (Dental Service Organization). Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?Requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Proven analytical and proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to work on multiple projects with a high attention to detailExcellent communication (oral and written) skillsOutstanding organizational skillsDo These Responsibilities Interest YOU?Perform financial statement review and analysis of customers to assist the Customer Finance Support teamPrepare Accounts Receivable balance reportsAnalyze monthly merchant services spend and interchange fees; identifying trends and recommending strategy for attaining the lowest fee data levelsPerform month end reconciliations and reporting for both the Treasury Operations and Customer Finance Support teamsResponsible for monthly customer statement errorsBalance sheet budgeting (AR/DSO)Analyze and trend DSO (Dental Service Organization) and AR reports; allowing deeper dive on AR past dues, trends, etc.Reconcile AR accountsResearch and implement, when necessary, AI/Machine Learning tools for efficiencyEffectively process credit cards and completion of daily credit card and cash receipts transaction reportsAssists leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling on treasury related special projectsCoordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on ERP changesGenerate credit card decline and expiration lettersComplies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and companyPerforms other duties as assignedAt the Senior LevelAssist in mentoring new team members and less tenured staffPrepare and report on quarterly contribution marginResearch and recommend interest hedging strategiesPrepare month end financial slide deck for finance team and Board of DirectorsContinuously monitor fixed coverage charge ration (FCCR) on monthly, trailing 12 months, and report quarterly to banking partnerCreate budget for FCCR, tracking monthly through updated P&L forecastingPrepare bank borrowing base reporting and submit to banking partnerDo YOU Meet These Requirements?Bachelor's Degree in Accounting of Finance, RequiredTreasury Accountant: 1-3 years finance experience, RequiredSenior Treasury Accountant: 4-6 years finance experience, RequiredCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) - APF, PreferredTechnical Skills: SQL, Qlik, Claude, PreferredAbility to work 2 days per week onsite in Pittston, PAEffectively communicates in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking), RequiredWho We Are: Its our Mission to Drive Dentistry ForwardBenco Dental, the largest privately owned, full-service dental distributor in the United States, has remained in the family since 1930a family that now includes our more than 40,000 customers and over 1,500 associates in the 48 contiguous states.We provide more supply and equipment options than any other full-service distributor, an offering enhanced by a comprehensive suite of services, including office design, equipment repair, practice coaching, financing and project management, wealth management and dental-specific technology solutions.
