Community Management Intern

The Role We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Community Management Intern to support the day-to-day heartbeat of our organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and Reddit. This role is the connective tissue between our brand and our community; you're the first voice people encounter in our comments, DMs, and beyond. What You'll Do Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and tagged posts daily Engage with brand targets, creator accounts, and community members on behalf of the brand Manage and update Instagram highlight covers Support Goddess Frequency community engagement and growth under the direction of Associate Social Media Manager Flag trending conversations, audience feedback, and content opportunities to the social team Daily Responsibilities (4 hours/day) Morning Block (1.5 hrs) Post MWF Goddess Frequency Broadcast Channel Content Respond to overnight comments and DMs in brand voice Engage with and repost tagged posts and stories mentioning Awe Inspired Respond to any CX correspondence redirecting to the Customer Care Form and flag anything requiring escalation to the social manager before 10am Proactive outreach: engage with brand target accounts, creator community, and aligned brand accounts Goddess Frequency community monitoring and engagement three times a week as per Instagram best practices Monitor trending audio, hashtags, and cultural moments relevant to upcoming content Submit a brief daily check‑in to the social manager (3–5 bullet points: notable community interactions, anything flagged) End of Day Block (1 hr) Final comment and DM sweep Update highlight covers or story archives as needed per weekly direction Pull and log any notable UGC, reposts, or creator tags for as seen on in feed posts What We're Looking For Active and fluent on Instagram and TikTok — you understand the culture, not just the tools Strong written voice with an instinct for brand tone Highly organized and self‑directed Genuine enthusiasm for Awe Inspired's aesthetic, mission, and community Prior social media or community management experience required 20 hrs/week (Monday through Friday, ~4 hours/day) #J-18808-Ljbffr
