Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Job Description

Medical Receptionist – Full-Time (New Port Richey & Palm Harbor)

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our primary care team. This position requires travel between our New Port Richey and Palm Harbor offices.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, collect and verify paperwork
Answer phone calls and assist patients courteously
Collect co-payments and patient balances; post payments to accounts
Verify insurance prior to visits and prepare charts for appointments
Schedule new patient appointments and provide required forms (website, email, or mail)
Ensure all patient documents are on file (insurance card, photo ID, etc.)

Qualifications:

Experience with EMR systems preferred (eClinicalWorks a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required
