The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting functions and providing financial guidance to the team including project managers. This opportunity willKey Responsibilities:Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsOversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledgerEnsure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processesDevelop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systemsManage and mentor junior accounting staffAssist with external audits and tax filingsStay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trendsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related fieldStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyPrior experience in a construction environment is a plusIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in accounting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
