Automation Process Controller

Schedule & Compensation Shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00am to 2:30pmPay: $24 per hour Responsibilities Monitor TV screens in the control room to track and manage warehouse processes. Plan and virtually oversee all warehouse activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time completion. Optimize product flow to maximize system capacity and eliminate bottlenecks. Track system downtime and implement improvement strategies. Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and partner with technical teams for resolution. Develop and document best practices for automated warehouse operations. Monitor warehouse automation systems, conveyors, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Ensure product flow, throughput, and operational efficiency. Respond to system alerts, downtime, and process interruptions. Identify bottlenecks and support root‑cause analysis. Partner with operations and technical teams to resolve issues. Support continuous improvement in automated warehouse processes. Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Troubleshooting and problem‑solving experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working around automation, conveyors, and robotics. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Environment Cold storage/freezer environment may reach ‑20°F. Some areas may reach 100°F in dry storage.
