Project Manager - Entry Level - $27-$34/hr - Construction Experience Needed

Job Description

This role serves as a crucial liaison between project sites and the office, focusing on the planning, preparation, and organization of large-scale job installations. The position involves coordinating with on-site customers to ensure accurate delivery, logistics, and product installation, particularly in the fencing industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the intermediary between project sites and the office.
• Plan, prepare, and organize large job installations.
• Maintain contact with on-site customers to ensure correct delivery, logistics, and product installation.
• Ensure overall installation processes are executed efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, project management, and construction management.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project coordination abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in construction management is preferred.
• Several years of experience as a construction laborer is ideal.

Work Environment

This is a standard office job operating on a first shift schedule from Monday through Friday. The role involves minimal travel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
