Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse for day shifts. The candidate will work three 12-hour shifts per week. This position requires every other weekend and holiday availability. The contract duration is approximately 18 weeks. Candidates should have 1-2 years of previous travel experience. An active Indiana or Compact license is mandatory. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required. Experience with Meditech charting systems is preferred. Previous charge experience is a plus. The patient care will primarily involve adult and geriatric populations. The daily census is approximately 14 patients. Ideal candidates will manage various diagnoses and procedures. Responsibilities include care for ventilated patients and management of multiple organ dysfunction. The unit supports interdisciplinary care, including physical therapy and respiratory services. A strong understanding of critical care protocols and patient management is essential.
