You will be expected to lead by example from day one.What You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering complex Salesforce solutions for our clients.You will design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automationTranslate business and functional requirements into thoughtful technical designsPartner closely with solution architects, consultants, and analysts to shape technical directionBuild solutions that are scalable, secure, and understandable by other developersDesign and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-based patternsParticipate in and lead code reviews focused on quality, performance, and sustainabilityTroubleshoot complex issues across environments and releasesSupport deployment, release management, and CI/CD practicesCommunicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teamsContribute to technical standards, patterns, and shared best practices across Demand ChainYou will be hands-on. You will write code.
