Quality and Compliance Technical Writer

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Officer to lead the development, maintenance, and publication of company policies and procedures across multiple operational departments. This role is primarily focused on policy writing and governance—ensuring policies are clear, current, adopted by process owners, and effectively implemented across the organization.The ideal candidate will also bring a solid working understanding of ISO and CMMI and how these frameworks relate to operational controls, documentation, and audit readiness. Rather than serving solely as an auditor, this role emphasizes how compliance with policy is established, communicated, and sustained across departments (e.g., IT, security, HR, operations, project teams).
