Responsibilities Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Master's Degree in Physical Therapy D.P.T. in Physical Therapy Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications Experience and credentials in sub-specialty. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
