Position Overview

As our Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a pivotal role in driving company success. This position handles a diverse mix of clerical, administrative, and top-notch customer service functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small office environment and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Your mission? To maintain an organized, welcoming, and highly efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and polish professional correspondence, memos, and formal documents with high accuracy.

  • First Impressions: Warmly greet and assist our customers, ensuring a welcoming experience that reflects our company values.

  • Inbound Relations: Manage incoming telephone calls, accurately routing inquiries and providing stellar customer service.

  • Data & Filing Architecture: Maintain, develop, and optimize digital and physical filing systems for maximum organization and easy retrieval.

  • Daily Operations: Perform essential day-to-day office tasks, including helping with stock organization and shipping tasks, inventory tracking, processing customer orders and general administrative support.
