Responsibilities: • • Lead and inspire a team of guest service associates to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. • Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with warmth, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset. • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. • Manage shift workflows, ensuring that all team members are aligned and tasks are completed efficiently. • Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment that encourages growth and development. • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery and guest satisfaction levels. Qualifications: • • Experience: High school diploma plus 1 to 2 years of customer service or front desk experience in a hotel or resort setting. Supervisory background is strongly preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with property management software (PMS) and basic computer programs. Marriott experience is ideal but not required. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, active problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $27 - $27.84 hourly
