Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $21.01 - $24.69 / hour

Summary

Responsible for oversight of day-to-day office functions of the Therapy Department including customer service, reception, scheduling, registrations, authorizations, billing, maintenance of medical records, ordering supplies, timekeeping, problem solving and other duties as assigned, to assist the Therapy Leadership in the operations of the department. Carries out and ensures that office staff carries out all Therapy Department office functions in a accurate, efficient and effective manner.

1 year business school or equivalent preferred
