Our agency opened in 2021 and is continuing to grow. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as an American Family agent and later worked as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office. I attended Phoenix College and am married with four kids. My family is very active and competitive - we all love sports, especially soccer, and both my wife and I played at the collegiate level. For our team, we offer work-life balance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and an annual incentive trip tied to production and financial services goals. Our office culture is team-first, built around a “we over me” mindset. We’re a close-knit group that enjoys spending time together, whether it’s team lunches or happy hours. We’re looking for someone who is a true team player with a servant mindset, someone who works well with others, brings a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where we grow and succeed together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joseph Jajou - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
