Operations Administrator & Bookkeeper Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 to $25.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Client & Work Order Intake: Answer incoming phone calls and emails from property managers, tenants, and clients.
- Vendor & Dispatch Coordination: Assist in routing work orders to vendors, ensuring jobs are moving forward on schedule.
- QuickBooks & Billing Management:
- Administrative Support: Maintain digital files, organize workflows.
Operations Administrator & Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- Location (Strict Requirement): Must live in the Tri-Cities, WA area and be able to commute to Pasco when our physical office opens.
- Remote Setup (For Now): Must have a reliable, quiet home work environment with high-speed internet for the initial remote phase.
- QuickBooks Experience (Required): Direct experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop (invoicing, entering bills, basic bookkeeping reconciliations).
- High-Volume Call Management: Excellent phone manner and the ability to handle frequent interruptions while keeping calm and professional.
- Tech-Savvy: Fast typing speed, comfortable navigating web portals, spreadsheets, and dispatch software. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 hr depending on bookkeeping proficiency and experience
- Individual Performance Bounties: Earn additional direct payouts for speed, accuracy, and volume completed through our internal dispatch incentive program.
- Promotional Track: Direct potential to move into an Executive
