New Destiny Housing is seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health support to clients and tenants. Under the Director of Mental Health Services, you will manage a caseload of 30–40 clients, deliver trauma-informed, strength-based therapy, and coordinate with staff and community partners. Responsibilities include case management, crisis intervention, staff training, and internal/external referrals to community services.
