What You’ll Do Lead with purpose. Oversee daily branch operations to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure accuracy in every transaction. Coach for greatness. Inspire, develop, and mentor branch staff, building a culture where excellence and accountability are the norm. Serve with excellence. Assist clients with accounts, transactions, and solutions that make their financial lives better. Drive growth. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer deposit, loan, and insurance products that align with each client’s goals. Protect and perfect. Maintain strong controls, balance cash operations, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Engage locally. Represent MSA with pride in the Eudora community and help expand the bank’s reach and reputation for excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in retail banking or financial services (not required). Leadership or supervisory experience with a track record of developing others (preferred). Exceptional client service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of deposit operations, consumer lending, and compliance .
