This position is in Pleasanton, California or Boise IdahoMain responsibilities:Responsible for overall data integrity for assigned categoriesLead a team of analysts and provide direction on process, procedure and standardsEnsure that legislative requirements impacted by item data is current in systems and across multiple statesIdentify data standardization opportunities, plan and executePerform root cause analysis against issues across different systems related to master dataAct as a Subject Matter Expert for category and item specific needsManage changing data needs for business programs and technology projectsImplement processes to gain efficiency and improve data integrityChampion change within and outside of the organizationManage business rules for automation proceduresWork with Product and Engineers on user interfaces and experiences to ensure efficiency in workflowMaintain documentation for procedures and standards for suppliers and internal usersAct as a subject matter expert for a wide range of projects across the companyManage help articles and key questions to serve users both internal and externalOversee case management to ensure timely responses and comprehensive resolutionsWrite test scripts and lead continual regression testing for releases in multiple modulesTravel as required to collaborate and provide quality supportWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:4-year college degree or equivalent work experience3 years Albertsons system knowledge required or equivalent external experienceExcellent planning and organizing skills required with complete follow-throughHigh degree of PC skills and experience with SQL desiredExperience with technology projects including leading user acceptance testingExcellent communication, collaboration and influencing skillsStrong leadership skills - prior management experience strongly desiredAbility to build relationships with a large internal customer baseHigh degree of initiative required and an ability to quickly prioritize and direct focus on the teamMust be highly skilled in problem solving, analysis, risk evaluation and solution developmentWe also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAccess to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with StreamAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
