Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our operations team by managing customer contracts, purchase orders, and order flow from receipt through shipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and compliance with customer requirements, particularly within aerospace and high-precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enter customer purchase orders into the system accurately
• Ensure contract terms, pricing, and delivery requirements are aligned and properly documented
• Manage order releases (including Kanban / LTA contracts) and maintain backlog accuracy
• Coordinate with customers on order changes, delivery updates, and confirmations
• Monitor open orders and ensure timely processing and shipment readiness
• Track required customer documentation (certs, CoC, special requirements)
• Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Shipping to meet delivery commitments
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, pricing, or contract terms
• Support on-time delivery (OTD) initiatives and reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contract administration, customer service, or order management
• Experience in manufacturing (CNC / aerospace preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in ERP systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of aerospace requirements (DFARS, certs, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with long-term agreements (LTA) / Kanban releases
• Understanding of production flow and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with customer documentation and compliance requirements
