As a contract School Psychologist, you will use your expertise to assess student needs, collaborate with educators and families, and help create positive, effective learning experiences.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting student assessments and writing reports
• Knowledge of special education processes, including IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to support a diverse population of students with varying needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, behavioral, and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to interpret assessment data and assist in determining eligibility for special services
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect counseling and intervention services to students, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social skills
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed
• Collaborate with school staff to promote positive learning environments and identify systemic solutions to barriers to learning
