Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist working on a full-time, W2 contract basis. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (CFY candidates welcome)
- Previous experience with pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP services preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering positive learning outcomes for K-12 students
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative and evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support each student’s IEP goals and educational success
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
- May participate in teletherapy services as needed to support student access
